Keep the checkbook balanced

We use Wells Fargo, but they need the signers to appear in person to be added or taken off the list of signers. I am currently the only one signed up to use our debit card and I'm the only one with a checkbook. We've tried to keep it simple initially with only one signature needed, but I can see the need, down the road, to apply a more secure system. It's why I've always favored a modesty small treasury...more like a petty cash system. Unfortunately, to my way of thinking, our treasury continues to grow to the point where it could become a target.

Reimburse people for board authorized expenses

Get receipts

Try to use our debit card whenever possible

Prepare a treasurers report at the festivals
