BQPA/Pioneers Second and Third Place Ribbons

·       An inventory of Second Place (red) and Third Place (white) ribbons should be kept on hand

o   These can be stored with other merchandize held by the Registrar

·       Four each should be brought to each festival for presentation

·       Ribbons have been obtained through Trophy Central (www.trophycentral.com) in lots of 25 each
